>Before agreeing to commission me for any project. Please, consider my art style.
>Payment method: PayPal only, prices are in USD. Paypal fee included in invoice.
>I have the right to refuse any commission request.
>If you support AI don't bother to contact me.
>Finished commissions are only available for personal use, not commercial use. And not for NFT!
>Clients who have commissioned me for a minimum of 3 times have 15% off permanently!Commission Process.>I’ll start to work as soon as I receive the payment. Full upfront payment through PayPal.
>References are incredibly important. If you have images that help me know how you want it to look, do not hesitate to add. Anything left to the interpretation of the artist, and a longer period of work, may lead to design fees.
>You can post my commission on any social media. Only thing I ask for is just credit.
>Feel free to email me about any questions or concerns. I'll be in contact with you via email or social media to give you advances in the commission.
>The creating process time would be from 1 week to 2+ months (This may charge depending on background, characters or type of commission). During this process I’ll send you the work in progress for you to approve.
>At sketch point you can make changes with no cost, once you accept the sketch and I start the paint, making changes will cost you.
>Any delay to the completion of the commission caused by me will not result in any additional fees.
>Once the illustration is finished, small touch-ups and missed details can be made if requested. When the work is finished, you will receive the art in High Resolution via email.Author’s Right, use and publication.>All rights are reserved to me.
>You’re not allowed to make any profit out of it before discussing commercial use with me. If you want to obtain commercial rights contact me individually.
>You have the right to post it whenever you would like, I must be credited. If you want your commission to be private, let me know.
>You can’t crop, change colors or edit the artwork.Cancellation or Refund.>If you for any reason must cancel the commission, you are entitled to a 40% refund at the sketch stage only. Once you have accepted the sketch, you agree that refund will not be accepted.
>If for some strong reason I need to cancel your commission full refund will be given.
>By commissioning me, you agree upon +7% of the price being added to the final payment to cover PayPal's fees.
>Please be sure you would like to commit to the commission process once it begins!Prices.>Prices listed are for one character, limiting 3 characters per piece. Additional characters are an added of 60% (This may change).
>Prices can be increased for: Complicated composition, complex backgrounds, complicated props designs (weapon, armor, clothes). Very complicated character design, animals, mounts, wings, scales.

|Adoptables T.O.S|

Please make sure to read it all before buying any design. By purchasing any design, you AGREE to all the terms below.Purchasing.- Payment via PayPal through invoice (upfront).
- Payment must be done in the next 24 hours. If not, I'll reopen the design purchase again.
- I allow payment plans for those who have already ordered something from me. However, any adoptable design will be sent only when the payment is fully completed.
- No refunds.
- Purchasing any of my characters you'll get:° Full resolution PNG files with transparent background.
° A watermarked small resolution version for social media.Rules!- I, the artist, hold all the rights to the produced artwork, not the buyer. That means I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself with the art of the adoptable design.
- Display the art anywhere.
- Have access to full resolution files of the art.
- Adoptable designs are for personal use only.
- ANY form of NFT or AI usage is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
- I do NOT allow the character for AI database.
- Credit me as the artist creator when you'll get asked when commission the character or if you post the original artwork.
- It's forbidden to change/alter the character. (You can only if I specify it on a character).
- You can't resell the character for more than it was bought. You have to notify me if you do an auction of my character.
- Any act of rudeness to me or my art will result in getting blacklisted and blocked.The client is allowed to:- Use the design for personal use only (unless commercial rights have been agreed on with the artist).
- Use the adoptable design art for promoting oneself with proper credit given to the artist.
- Print the art for personal use only and not for profit (unless the proper commercial rights allowing such have been agreed on with the artist).
- Post the artwork publicly with proper credit given.
- Use the art as banners, profile pictures etc.
- Have access to full resolution files of the commission.
